CMS (Card Management System) replacement

Challenge
Replace the card management system and migrate more than a million debit cards under a strict SLA and a fixed timeline.
Approach
Analysis and architecture of the system replacement and the migration. Cards were migrated in stages, one BIN range at a time.
Outcome
Over 1 million debit cards migrated with only 6 minutes of downtime, within the SLA and on schedule.

Access Control Server (ACS) migration

Challenge
Move a card portfolio to a new 3-D Secure Access Control Server without interrupting cardholders’ online payments.
Approach
Analysis and architecture of the migration. The portfolio moved to the new ACS in stages, one BIN range at a time, to keep the impact on cardholders as small as possible.
Outcome
Cut-over with minimal downtime and successful card scheme certification.

Multi-acquirer platform for e-commerce payments

Challenge
Replace a legacy merchant plug-in (MPI) with a modern solution and move more than 200 merchants onto it.
Approach
Analysis and architecture of a multi-acquirer authorization system with 3-D Secure, connected to card scheme tokenization services, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Outcome
More than 200 merchants migrated to the new platform.
